First time exercising in weeks. I still can’t do any strength training or anything, but I’ve decided to start running again since it’s pretty much the time where the bone should be healed, and running doesn’t put much torque or wear on the collarbone anyways. I missed it, I missed the big mood boost it gives me. I missed feeling strong and feeling the blood pumping through my veins. I seem to thrive off regular physical activity, which would be the oddest observation for anyone who’s known me for my 21 years. It’s what our bodies are for, I suppose. Perhaps we have simply forgotten that, and must remember.
